mix together ground chicken,cornflour,salt,sesame oil,fish sauce,crushed black pepper and chopped garlic well until well combined
take a wonton wrapper in ur palm and put 1/2 tsp of the filling in the centre
dip your finger in water and trace it on the outer edges of the wonton wrapper
fold and pinch the edges of the wonton wrapper and seal it so that no opening will be left for leakage
heat sufficient oil in a pan and deep fry all the wontons till crispy golden brown in colour
serve hot with your favourite dip or sauce
